There are mainly two types of our products including biodegradable modified resin and membrane bags
CAC Biomaterial (Qingdao) Co., Ltd specializes in the R&D and production of biodegradable composite membrane bags and modified resin. Currently, we have successfully developed a series of membrane bags made from paper-plastic composite, plastic-plastic compound, and high-barrier multi-layer biodegradable composite materials. In addition, the biodegradable modified resin has covered blown film, injection molding, blow molding and extrusion, etc. We boast an outstanding annual output of the modified resin of 8,000 tons and biodegradable composite membrane bags of 5,000 tons, as well as a considerable scale of workshops for printing, laminating, coating, and bag-making.

OUR PRODUCTS
Biodegradable modified resin
The flagship product of film-grade biodegradable modified resin: We have successful development food-grade biodegradable modified resin (CACBM01), mineral powder-filled modified biodegradable resin (CACBM02), and starch-based biodegradable modified resin (CACBM03). These materials have been applied to food bags, garbage bags, vest bags, courier bags, etc.,with their biodegradability meeting EN 13432 and ASTMD 6400.
Biodegradable membrane bags
The flagship product of biodegradable high-barrier multi-layer composite membrane bags is mainly made from bio-based materials with their printing performance, mechanical strength, and heat sealing strength meeting the use requirements. In particular, the bags enjoy excellent barrier performance with the moisture-vapor transmission≤10g/(m2*24h) in compliance with test standard GB/T1037-1988(38℃, 90%RH) and the oxygen transmission rate≤3cm3/m2* 24h*0.1MPa according to test standard GB/Y1038-2000(23℃,0%RH). We have obtained the certification of TUV, and the biodegradability comes up to EN 13432 and ASTMD 6400.

CAC enjoys a cutting-edge R&D center and professional research team with a dozen of domestic and foreign patents. In particular, we have obtained the certification of TUV and BPI.
